Ann Gopal Hi to all at Smart Nora, my Nora is working like a charm and I love it. After couple months of use there was a tear in a bladder that goes under the pillow. I got the replacement so quickly, it is like new again. I found Smart Nora staff were very helpful and understanding. Thanks again.
